Information for Volunteers 

At Treasures, volunteer work is appreciated and valued and everyone is treated with respect. Our aim is to ensure that volunteering at Treasures is a beneficial experience for everyone. Our volunteers, while engaged in meaningful and useful work, are able to gain new skills, find peer support and build relationships interacting with co-workers and customers. Treasures provides a unique experience in which community volunteers and people with mental health needs work co-operatively in all aspects of the store’s operation. Volunteers gain a sense of satisfaction by being a part of this community endeavour.
Store hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Volunteer shifts are available from 9:50 am to 1:30 pm or 1:20pm to 5:15 pm

Treasures is located in Richmond Hill at 12 Levendale Road
just west of Yonge Street between Major Mackenzie and Elgin Mills.
